My educational background includes a BSc. in Sport and Exercise Science, and I hold a level 3 personal trainer certification as well as a specialisation in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. This academic foundation, combined with my practical experience, allows me to provide comprehensive guidance to my clients.

I firmly believe in a holistic approach that considers your current lifestyle and unique needs. I understand that fitness is not just about rigorous workouts and strict diets; it's about finding balance and enjoyment in every aspect of your life. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous individuals, including high-performance managers, police officers, and individuals simply seeking more fulfilment in their lives. Witnessing their progress and witnessing their lives improve has been incredibly rewarding for me.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I embrace my inner nerd by indulging in fitness and lifestyle-related literature. I find great inspiration and motivation from self-development books, which continually expand my knowledge and allow me to bring fresh perspectives to my coaching.

When I'm not working with clients, you can often find me exploring the world through travel or immersing myself in nature through hiking. These activities fuel my own personal growth and rejuvenate my spirit.

Above all, helping people is my true passion. While it may come as a surprise to many, I am an avid fan of anime. It's a unique interest of mine that adds an element of fun and creativity to my life.
